Two large parts of the product. The hotelier dashboard is a workplace where a property manages rooms, prices, rates, bookings and its team. The guest account holds booking history, reviews and gift certificates that can be activated and spent on a chosen hotel. Some hotels are connected through the Ostrovok API.
02 · Challenge
Hoteliers need to see occupancy across all rooms and add bookings fast.
Solution
A booking grid by room category: a booking card on click, a new booking right from the grid, and a separate price calendar for setting prices over a period.
03 · Challenge
A hotel has dozens of rates that differ only by discount or conditions.
Solution
Inheritance from a base rate with a price modifier, booking rules and a preview of how guests will see the rate.
04 · What we built
Revenue, occupancy, today's arrivals and departures, and the guest review rating.
Capacity, beds, amenities, photos and base prices for every category.
Staff roles and access to dashboard sections, change moderation and an activity log.
Booking history, certificates, favourite hotels and reviews.
05 · Challenge
A certificate has to be sold, paid for and later turned into a real booking.
Solution
Online payment via YooKassa, a unique certificate code, activation with hotel selection and a PDF voucher with a QR code.
