Privacy policy

This policy sets out how personal data of users of cubro-sites.ru (the “site”) is processed and protected. The personal data operator is Кхалил Фади Базелович, a self-employed individual working under the Cubro brand (“we”, the “operator”).

The policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and covers all data we receive through the site.

By submitting a form on the site you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of the data you provide on the terms described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form — you can always write to us directly.

Data you provide yourself in the “Work with us” form or the quick contact field:

• your name or how we should address you;
• a contact — email address, phone number or Telegram username;
• a description of your task or, if you apply to join the team, a few words about yourself and portfolio links.

Data transmitted automatically:

• technical request data — IP address, browser and device type, the page the form was sent from, date and time; used for spam protection and in server logs;
• cookies and visit data (pages viewed, referral source, actions on the site) — only if you allowed analytics; collected by Yandex Metrica.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, etc.) or biometric data. Please do not include them in your task description.

• to reply to your request, clarify the task and prepare an estimate and proposal;
• to conclude and perform a contract if we start working together;
• to review a job application and get back to the candidate;
• to protect the form from spam and automated submissions;
• to understand how people use the site and improve it (analytics — only with your consent).

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and do not make decisions based on it that have legal consequences for you.

• your consent to personal data processing (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ), given by submitting the form or accepting analytics cookies;
• the need to conclude a contract at your request and perform it (Art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).

Processing means collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer in the cases listed under “Who we share data with”, anonymisation, blocking and deletion, both automated and manual.

A request from the form goes straight to the team’s working chat in Telegram so that we can reply quickly. Only team members who run projects and hiring have access to that chat.

We take legal, organisational and technical safeguards: the site works over HTTPS only, access to requests is restricted, and secret keys are never shipped in code loaded by the browser.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data is received only by services the site and our communication cannot work without:

• Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — delivering requests to our working chat. Telegram servers are located outside Russia, so this is a cross-border transfer; by submitting the form you consent to it as well;
• Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica, only if you consent to analytics; data is processed under Yandex terms;
• the hosting provider running the site — limited to technical logs.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law expressly requires it.

• project requests — up to one year after our last contact, or, if a contract is signed, for as long as needed to perform it and as required by law;
• job applications — up to six months after review unless you ask us to keep them longer;
• technical logs — up to 30 days;
• Yandex Metrica data — according to the service terms.

Once the purpose is achieved or you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use:

• necessary cookies — they remember the selected site language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your choice in the cookie banner; without them the site would ask again every time;
• analytics cookies — Yandex Metrica cookies, enabled only after you click “Accept” in the banner.

You can choose “Necessary only” in the banner on your first visit. To change your decision, clear the site data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies in the browser, but some features may not work properly.

You can:

• find out what data of yours we process, why and how;
• ask us to correct, block or delete data that is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or go to court.

To do so, email cubro-sites@yandex.ru with the subject “Personal data” and mention the contact you left in the form so we can find your request. We will reply within 10 business days.

The site is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not send us your data without consent from your parents or legal guardians.

We may update this policy, for example when new features appear on the site. The current version is always published on this page with its date at the top. Material changes do not apply to data already collected without your consent.
